The 15-head international jury, consisting of boat journalists from 14 different countries, gather yet again at he Berlin Boat & Fun boat show to choose the 2015 winners of the Best of Boats Awards. The finalists were revealed in late October, and Silver is extremely happy that our newcomer Shark BR 580 reached the final! What makes it even better, is that Shark BR is the only boat in the final that is wholly made in Finland.

Best of Boats Awards, in short BoB Awards, is to be handed out for the second time in 2015, and the prizes are handed in four different categories. The BoB awards is characterized by being the only prize that is handed out with the end user in mind, and only motor boats that have been tested by the jury are up for nomination. The jury has during the past year test driven over 260 different motor boats from 19 different countries, of which 21 boats have made it to the final. The Silver Shark BR 580 is a finalist in the Best for Beginners category.
